RETURN POLICY

Complaints, Return & Hygiene:

Any complaints about items, like damage, may be send to our team: use the contact sheet or call 0032 486/.78.65.05. This has to be done within 5 days after the delivery. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.

When the item doesn’t fit or match your requirements and you want to re-send it, these are the following issues that have to be respected. The item must be in their original packaging and the label must be hanging on the item. Due to hygiene issues the underwear can not be worn. You can choose if we send you a return label or you can add some stamps to the package on your own. When these terms are respected the purchases can trust on a deposit within the 30 days.
