Complaints, Return & Hygiene:

Any complaints about items, like damage, may be send to our team: use the contact sheet or call 0032 486/.78.65.05. This has to be done within 5 days after the delivery. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.

When the item doesn’t fit or match your requirements and you want to re-send it, these are the following issues that have to be respected. The item must be in their original packaging and the label must be hanging on the item. If the label is loosened we will not accept the item. Due to hygiene issues the underwear contains a plastic piece, if this is missing we will not accept the item. The cost for sending the item back will not be payed by the company but by the purchaser. When these terms are respected the purchases can trust on a deposit within the 30 days.
